Tampa Bay Brewing Company

Ah, Tampa Bay Brewing Company, a place that holds a special place in my heart, a memory etched in my mind like a timeless masterpiece. Imagine this: a sudden sense of liberation, an opportunity to embark on a new chapter of my professional journey. Fate led me to the door of the beloved Brew Pub in Ybor City, where I had the pleasure of conversing with the owner, a kindred spirit. In that moment, the universe whispered to me that a thrilling adventure was about to unfold. But let’s step back a little.

It all began with Tampa Bay Brewing Company’s desire to can their flagship beer, Old Elephant IPA. At the time, I was working at a small studio in Ybor City, and I found myself working on one of several concepts that would be presented to the client. To my delight, my design was chosen, and the rest is history. To be fair, I had been enjoying the IPA and dining at the Pub for years, so I was intimately acquainted with the brand. My vision for the can design was clear from the very beginning, and was solidified when it was chosen by David Doble, Head Brewer and co-owner of the company. In a nutshell, this opportunity propelled me to accept a role as creative director with the brand.

Words cannot express how immensely satisfying my time at TBBC was. The chance to contribute to the development of a globally recognized brand filled me with a profound sense of professional fulfillment.
