Each project at Double Coast Creative starts with a client brief, allowing us to truly understand your preferences and priorities. Our aim is to make this process detailed and thorough, ensuring that we have a clear vision for your project and a deep understanding of your desires.
Once the client brief is completed and deposit payment is received (typically 50% of total invoice), our team will begin brainstorming and creating logo concepts.
You will receive a presentation package that will display a variety of logo concepts for your review. You will then be able to select the concept you love the most.
Now that you have reviewed the concepts, we will listen to your feedback to make the necessary adjustments. From this discussion we will start working on the final design and create your suite of deliverables.
Upon receipt of the final payment. We will send you all deliverables and provide you with a transfer of ownership document. You are now ready to begin promoting your business to the world.

What is a client brief
A digital document that helps us appreciate what you have in mind for your logo and any requisites. Once completed, it acts as a guide in the design process and will ensure we don't lose sight of your vision.
How long does it take to get my logo design concepts
The project date officially begins when the initial deposit and client brief are received. You will receive your concept presentation in 3-5 business days.
What type of revisions can I do to the design concept
Typical revisions can include: change of colors, fonts, mixing of elements from the provided concepts.
What happens if I don’t like any of the concepts
If you are completely dissatisfied with the design concepts that were made from the client brief, you have two options. First you may cancel the project, please know that the initial down payment is not refundable. Or if you wish, you can purchase additional design concepts at a negotiated rate.
Who has ownership of the logo design
Once your logo has been approved by you and DCC receives final payment. We will relinquish all professional and ownership rights to you.
What will I receive for my logo
Along with awesome support, you will receive all the typical file formates needed for use in all imaginable applications including: AI, EPS, JPG, PDF, PNG, & SVG
How long does it take to receive my suite of logo files
Once final payment is received, typically we will send over all file formats within 1-buisness day.
